Dania has over a decade of experience in the international humanitarian sector where she developed a deep interest in trauma, resilience, and the healing power of supportive relationships. As a trauma-informed and client-centered therapist, she believes that healing begins in safe, compassionate spaces where individuals feel seen and respected. She draws from a range of therapeutic modalities - including Cognitive Behavorial Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches - to support each client’s unique needs and goals.
Dania has worked with adults and adolescents facing different challenges, including life transitions, trauma, loss and grief, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and identity exploration. Having lived and worked across multiple countries, she brings a culturally sensitive perspective to therapy. As a bilingual therapist, she offers sessions in both English and Arabic and has a strong understanding of the immigrant and cross-cultural experience. She is passionate about helping clients reconnect with themselves, build meaningful relationships, and move toward healing with greater clarity and confidence.
